DE In der Serie WOMEN IN ART HISTORY beschäftige ich mich mit der Frage, wie und wann Künstlerinnen in das Gedächtnis der Kunstgeschichte eingehen. Ich stelle Bücher her, in denen nur die Biografien und Abbildungen von Künstlerinnen lesbar bleiben. Eintragungen über männliche Künstler werden mit weißer Farbe übermalt. Bisher sind acht Buchobjekte und zwei Videoarbeiten entstanden:
EN In the series WOMEN IN ART HISTORY I am concerned with the question how and when women artists enter art-historical memory. I create books in which only the biographies and images of women artists remain legible; entries on male artists are painted out in white. Eight book objects and two videos have been created up to now:
